As an out-of-network provider, we will assist you in determining the level of reimbursement your Insurance Provider offers on your out-of-network coverage after collecting all appointment fees at the time of service. Marvel Chiropractic will provide you with all necessary paperwork for you to submit to your provider to receive the reimbursement percentage that they offer.
